We seek an organized individual with strong attention to detail and prior experience in notarial processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (graduated or intern) * Minimum **6 months to 1 year of experience in a Notary Office** * Experience managing deeds, minutes, closings, and other notarial procedures * Knowledge of and proficiency with **Digital Notary Systems** and **institutional platforms** * Strong organizational skills and ability to monitor processes **Core Responsibilities** * Preparation and review of **public deeds and notarial documents** * Compilation and verification of **files for opening and closing transactions** * Legal research in **civil, real estate, and registry matters** * Coordination of **notarial closings** (scheduling, logistics, and client service) * Supervision of the **signing and protocolization process** * Use and management of **Digital Notary Systems and institutional platforms** * Ensuring **compliance with current regulations** for each transaction **We Offer** * **Base salary:** $8,000 per month * **Productivity bonuses** for opened and/or closed minutes * **Statutory benefits** * **Job stability** * Opportunity for **development and specialization in the notarial field** **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Have you worked directly at a Notary Office?
