Altabrisa, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. Responsibilities: - Organize your workstation and prepare the necessary ingredients for each dish. - Cook food on various grills, utensils, or griddles. - Ensure excellent presentation for every served dish. - Maintain a hygienic and orderly kitchen environment. - Monitor inventory control and coordinate orders when necessary. - Assist in general kitchen cleaning tasks. Requirements: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in kitchen operations. - Completed high school or Technical Superior University degree (TSU). - Knowledge of PEPS inventory systems. - Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual regarding dish presentation and flavor. - Education requirement – Minimum: Upper secondary education – General High School 1 year of experience Skills: Teamwork, Quality, Cooking, Cleaning, Organization, Food Preparation Keywords: assistant, auxiliary, helper, aide, culinary, cook, kitchen
