Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with notarial experience who is proficient in notarial platforms, capable of drafting notarial acts, managing tax obligations, and ensuring the legality of such acts. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience in notarial services and handling of notarial platforms. 2. Ability to draft and prepare all types of notarial acts. 3. Knowledge of tax payments (ISAI, cedular, ISR) and legal compliance. Must have worked in a notary office, be proficient in using the Notarial platform and all other required platforms, capable of drafting all types of notarial acts (drafting all kinds of contracts and other legal acts elevated to public deeds), knowledgeable about payment of all taxes (ISAI, cedular, ISR), able to verify that legal acts comply with applicable laws, skilled in documenting and finalizing public deeds, client-friendly demeanor, proficient in Excel, Declaranot.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Age: between 22 and 40 years
