Proficiency in job boards and social media **Job Objective** Attract, evaluate, and select qualified talent to fill operational, technical, and administrative vacancies within the screw manufacturing company, ensuring compliance with required profiles and contributing to the continuity and efficiency of productive operations. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Experience** * 1–3 years in recruitment and selection. * Experience in the **industrial or manufacturing sector** (metal-mechanical, automotive, fasteners, hardware, etc.) is desirable. **Knowledge** * Operational and technical recruitment. * Competency-based interviews. * Basic labor legislation. * Proficiency in job boards and social media. * Recruitment metrics. * Knowledge of the hardware and warehouse environment is desirable.
