What Will You Do in This Role? * Customer Retention Welcome calls Birthday congratulations Service quality surveys Promotional campaigns * Telephone-Based Collections Management Make calls to customers with pending or overdue credit payments. Verify each customer’s situation and agree upon customized payment plans to regularize their debt. * Payment Negotiation and Agreements Analyze customers’ repayment capacity and propose mutually beneficial payment alternatives. Maintain detailed records of agreed commitments and conduct timely follow-ups. Monitoring and Reporting * Enter payment agreements and updates on customers’ credit status into the system. Prepare daily or weekly reports on portfolio recovery progress. Manage mass messaging. Collaborative Work * Coordinate with Promoters, Credit Analysts, and Branch Managers to obtain up-to-date information on assigned accounts. Participate in collections meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to improve management effectiveness. Compensation Package Statutory benefits. Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone collections. Experience in call centers. Proficiency in computer use, CRM systems, and messaging tools. Clear verbal communication and empathy toward customers. Frustration tolerance and objection handling skills. Results-oriented mindset and goal achievement focus. Discretion and confidentiality in data handling.
