Job Summary: We are seeking a Revenue Accounting Assistant responsible for reviewing and posting invoices to the general ledger, managing advances, returns, applying and confirming customer payments, and performing bank reconciliations. Professional development in the accounting and finance field. **REVENUE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** Graduate, accounting or administration intern Availability to work during month-end closing One year of experience in transaction accounting Minimum intermediate proficiency in Contpaq Experience in accounting for high-volume transactions exceeding 1,000 CFDIs Basic knowledge of taxes (VAT and Income Tax) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Review of issued revenue invoices Review of issued expense invoices (credit notes) Review of cancellation of revenue invoices due to substitution Accounting entry of revenue CFDIs with corresponding daily journal entries Accounting entry of advance CFDIs with corresponding daily journal entries Accounting processing of customer returns Application of customer payments in accounting Matching of issued CFDIs Matching of VAT receivable and VAT collected Bank reconciliations for revenue accounts Confirmation of customer collections **WE OFFER:** Base Salary (Weekly Payment) Statutory Benefits Career Development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
