We seek individuals who wish to grow alongside us and understand that administration is a key element ensuring everything functions properly. **Job Objective** Support the daily execution of administrative processes by collecting, recording, and controlling operational, documentary, and financial information, ensuring order, compliance, and timely support to the Administration and Executive Management departments. **Main Responsibilities** Carry out operational administrative activities according to departmental guidelines. Record and organize administrative and documentary information in internal systems and Drive. Maintain up-to-date physical and digital files. Follow up on administrative tasks assigned by the Administration Leader. Manage administrative purchases (stationery, supplies, etc.). Assist in collecting and controlling payroll receipt signatures. Assist in payroll preparation when required. Compile and prepare administrative and tax documentation for the external accounting provider. Coordinate pre-delivery and monthly delivery of administrative information. Review invoices against SAT records prior to submission for accounting validation. Follow up on observations from the external accounting provider. Assist in gathering information for IEPS declaration. Conduct physical inventories of assets and supply control. Assist in administrative control of institutional keys. Review travel allowances and expenses for reimbursement. Perform cash count and petty cash control. Provide administrative and logistical support to General Management when requested. **Candidate Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed or in progress). Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles. Basic knowledge of electronic invoicing. Experience managing expense and travel allowance controls. Intermediate Excel skills.
