Monitors shipments to validate package status and location **Position Objective** Enhance brand positioning with customers by managing operations and administration to accelerate customer operations and increase shipment volume. **Job Functions or Activities.** \- Generate shipping labels and pickup requests by entering sender and recipient data into "SCI" (Interactive Command System) to expedite package pickup. \- Report special cases and coordinate with relevant departments to deliver optimal service and resolution to customers. \- Analyze tracking of customer shipments by monitoring shipments generated in the tracking system to validate package status and location, enabling customers to know where their shipment is located. \- Generate and send daily reports aimed at reducing service-related incidents. **Requirements** Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field.
