Respond to and follow up with potential customers through digital channels **Digital Marketing \- Social Media Manager** We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for managing the company's digital presence, creating engaging content, and providing customer service through digital channels. **Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts. * Create and publish visual content (products, promotions, campaigns). * Conduct product photography and on-site content shooting. * Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries from potential customers. * Provide information regarding products, prices, and services. * Follow up with digital prospects and route them appropriately. * Maintain a digital image aligned with the brand. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience managing social media. * Experience in digital customer service. * Skills in visual content creation and photography. **We Offer** * Salary: $11,000 monthly * Statutory benefits Salary: $11,000\.00 per month Experience: * Managing social media: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
