Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Reduce premium receivables through coordination with external and internal departments (customers, agents, brokers, and internal commercial, underwriting, issuance, and co-insurance teams) to regularize collections, prevent overdue receivables, improve cash flow, and enhance service by maintaining paid policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze deposit entries across all insurance lines. * Request application or refund of entries after verifying compliance with established guidelines. * Coordinate with sales force, service executives, managers, and directors regarding application or refund of deposit entries. * Generate weekly performance reports. * Monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness in managing deposit entries. * Manage collections for premium receivables across Auto, Property & Casualty, Health, and Life insurance lines. * Generate and analyze policy account statements. * Review policy status daily across all systems. * Conduct daily internal and external communication via email, phone calls, and various channels—customers, agents, brokers, as well as commercial, underwriting, and service departments. * Review STC folios for applications, refunds, and protections. * Weekly coordination meetings. * Track payment commitments. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Completed bachelor’s degree in economics or administration (preferred). * Type and duration of experience: 1 year of collections experience in insurance companies (preferred). Customer service experience required. * Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of all insurance lines. * Tools: Microsoft Office, Excel (reporting, data cross-referencing, pivot tables).
