**Job Description**

* Generation of HR indicator reports (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, headcount), data analysis, and presentation of results to support decision-making.
* Monitoring and tracking of personnel incidents, including leave requests, absences, disabilities, vacations, and overtime.
* Resolution of questions related to HR processes, internal policies, benefits, incidents, and employee support in various work-related situations.
* Handling of labor conflicts, mediation between employees and leaders, and support in applying disciplinary measures per internal policies.
* On-site production floor conflict resolution and negotiation of labor situations with unionized personnel.
* Advisory support in team management, personnel handling, talent development, and HR-related decision-making.
* Analysis of workplace climate surveys, identification of areas for improvement, and implementation of action plans to enhance the work environment.
**Qualifications and Experience**
---------------------------------
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Two years of experience in similar positions.
* Experience or knowledge in employee payroll preparation.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in teams.
* Strong orientation toward internal customer service.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
