We are seeking an **EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT**, organized, proactive, and with excellent confidentiality management skills, to provide direct administrative support and activity coordination to the General Management. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Availability of time. * Excellent spelling, writing, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * High discretion, initiative, and sense of organization. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and monitor the General Management’s schedule. * Organize meetings, travel, and internal events. * Draft and review documents, reports, and presentations. * Support internal and external communications. * Follow up on pending items and commitments of the General Management. * Prepare administrative and expense control reports. * Customer service.
