Not traditional logistics.** We seek an Operations and Services Manager who helps ensure comprehensive facility operations before, during, and after events—guaranteeing optimal conditions for **safety, cleanliness, service, public flow, and experience**, as well as regulatory compliance and service profitability. **Mandatory Experience:** * Direct stadium operations (DESIRABLE) * Execution on match days / large-scale event days * Crowd and attendee flow control * Real-time crisis resolution * Control and coordination of services (cleaning, security, food and beverage, access management) **Profile:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Tourism, or related field **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure facility cleanliness, visual standards, and functionality * Manage logistics for access, circulation, and evacuation * Supervise implementation of safety and civil protection protocols * Coordinate internal security personnel and external vendors * Manage contingency plans (emergencies, evacuations, first aid) * Control supplies, staff, and service quality * Supervise box office and sales platform operations * Monitor inventories, shrinkage, and sales Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Gym discount * Company parking * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
