Pioneering glass manufacturing company with over 50 years of experience and market leader. * FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Execution of commercial strategies across branches. \- Achievement and over-achievement of commercial targets according to KPIs. \- Market growth strategies. \- Financial control and enhanced profitability. \- Strategic inventory management. \- Operations supervision. \- Leadership, management, and productivity enhancement of the work team. \- Analysis, monitoring, and data-driven decision-making based on KPIs. \- KPI management. * REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in the position. \- Strong verbal communication skills, effective and assertive communication. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. \- Valid driver’s license. * SKILLS: \- Planning and organization. \- Problem analysis and resolution. \- Leadership and teamwork. \- Decision-making. \- Working under pressure and resilience. \- Stress tolerance and resilience. \- Initiative and accountability. * BENEFITS: \- Monthly gross salary of $36,913.00. \- Weekly payment. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. \- Statutory benefits from day one. \- Social security contributions at 100% of salary. \- Uniforms. \- Company vehicle and fuel. \- Computer equipment.
