Position Summary: We are seeking a production leader with a growth mindset to ensure end-to-end control of graphic manufacturing and industrial printing operations—designing and executing daily and weekly plans while leading a team of 20–30 people. Focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and readiness for automation. **Position Objective** Ensure comprehensive control over production operations within a graphic manufacturing and industrial printing company through structured planning, intelligent machine-capacity-based sequencing, clear assignment of responsibilities, and daily operational discipline. We seek a candidate with a growth mindset who aims to build a scalable operation prepared for automation. This role is designed to evolve into Operations Director as the company scales, strictly contingent upon measurable results. **Responsibilities** * Design and execute daily and weekly production plans. * Sequence projects according to actual machine capacity and standard time allowances. * Directly lead an operational production team of 20–30 people, ensuring coordination, discipline, and adherence to standards. * Assign tasks clearly and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Guarantee on-time delivery commitments without improvisation. * Identify and eliminate bottlenecks. * Implement continuous improvements in workflow, productivity, and efficiency. * Establish formal operational routines (daily startup, monitoring, and shutdown). * Reduce rework and machine downtime. * Coordinate with the system owner to ensure full traceability on the digital platform. * Prepare operations for ISO 9001 certification (documentation, evidence, and process discipline). **Success Metrics (Monthly Evaluation)** * % On-Time Deliveries (OTD) * % Rework / Scrap * Daily schedule adherence * Machine downtime * % of orders with full system traceability * Progressive improvement in operational efficiency **Required Profile** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years leading production with real planning responsibilities (not just supervision). * Experience in line balancing and production scheduling. * Ability to make decisions under pressure without compromising structure. * Experience with ERP systems or digital control tools. * Practical knowledge of ISO 9001. * Ability to lead teams with firmness and clarity. **Important** You will have direct authority over the operational production team. This position requires discipline, structure, leadership, and decision-making capability. We do not operate with parallel controls or improvisation. Operations are managed systematically and methodically.
