Join us and help shape the future of connectivity. **Job Description** -------------------------- * Manage and supervise the Main Harness Production Engineering organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs * Identify improvement potential within the area of responsibility, provide consultancy, and contribute to service delivery enhancement * Plan the team’s routine activities to cover all operational stages and respond to all received requests * Functional responsibility for Main Harness Production Engineering * Lead execution of Main Harness Production Engineering activities, e.g., product change management and introduction, creation of engineering master data; production engineering activities in projects; implementation of production concepts * Ensure implementation of defined standards related to equipment, processes, software, and systems within the plant engineering organization * Ensure support and implementation of product and process optimizations **Qualifications and Experience** --------------------------------- * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency * Experience with Engineering Methodology and Engineering Database * Lean Manufacturing * Kanban, FMEA, 5S, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, Production Processes * Proficiency in Office suite (Advanced Excel) * Knowledge of Engineering Design Tools **Benefits** -------------- * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Free meals and transportation * Weekly salary payments **Interested?** ---------------- Yeimi Chuc Email address:yeimi.chuc@leoni.com
