




Job Summary: Ensure accurate accounting and financial recordkeeping, support payroll processing, and guarantee compliance with tax and social security obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Essential proficiency in Contpaq i Accounting and Contpaq i Payroll. 2. Comprehensive management of accounting, payroll, and tax compliance. 3. Management of SAT, IMSS (IDSE), and INFONAVIT portals. **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate and timely recording of the company’s accounting and financial transactions, support the preparation and calculation of payroll, and guarantee compliance with tax and social security obligations, all within the current regulatory framework and using the Contpaq system efficiently. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. General Accounting: * Record accounting entries (revenues, expenses, journal entries) in the **Contpaq i (Accounting)** system. * Perform monthly bank reconciliations. * Support the preparation of basic financial statements. * Maintain up-to-date filing and control of accounting documentation. 2. Payroll: * Serve as assistant in calculating weekly and/or biweekly payroll using Contpaq i Payroll. * Record employee incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities, overtime). * Support the calculation of severance payments and final settlements. 3. Tax and Labor–Employer Compliance: * Prepare and file informative declarations and provisional tax payments with the SAT. * Carry out affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, salary modifications) with the IMSS via IDSE. * Support the preparation and filing of IMSS contribution declarations (SUA) and INFONAVIT contributions. * Manage and keep the REPSE registry updated with the STPS, preparing and uploading the required quarterly information. 4. Invoicing: * Assist with invoicing activities, credit notes, payment complements, etc. 5. Administrative Tasks: * Collaborate in preparing reports for Management. * Support internal and external audits. * Assist with other administrative and tax-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Technical Knowledge:** * Essential: Proficiency in Contpaq i Accounting and Contpaq i Payroll. * Familiarity with SAT, IMSS (IDSE), and INFONAVIT portals. * Solid understanding of the Federal Labor Law, the IMSS Law, and the Income Tax Law (as applied to payroll and declarations). * Experience completing REPSE informative filings. * Intermediate–Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
