Leadership in planning and coordinating maintenance teams We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager for our company Industria Salinera de Yucatán S.A. de C.V. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and directing preventive and corrective maintenance operations for Production Equipment, Dock, Washers, Common Areas, etc. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance teams to ensure efficient operation and extended service life of industrial machinery and equipment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Availability to reside in Las Coloradas, Yucatán** * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in similar roles, preferably in the Food Industry * Knowledge: Solid understanding and knowledge of industrial processes, industrial and food safety regulations, power transmission systems, bearing systems, combustion systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, compressors. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering * Competencies: Ability to work under pressure, leadership, effective communication, decision-making If you possess a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for industrial maintenance, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
