Control Indicator Advisor Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration or related field; graduated or current intern / equivalent experience Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the following activities: * KPI analysis * Database management * Analyzing and administering information on control indicators * Developing new information sources that generate business value * Identifying, analyzing and proposing alternative solutions to problems, optimizing operational processes * Preparing statistical reports and indicator presentations for internal control forums * Managing, coordinating and timely executing verification processes of commercial practices and assigned cases \| Analysis, tracking and handling of assigned cases * Analyzing and timely delivering requirements in response to internal or external audits * General knowledge of the Afore product operational process is desirable Technical experience: * Database management and presentation development * Advanced Excel, macros (80%) \| data cross-referencing, pivot tables, charts * Office (90%) * Presentation development (PowerPoint) Skills: * Verbal and written communication * Organization and time management * Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment * Adherence to policies and procedures * Analytical ability * Service-oriented attitude.
