We are looking for a welder-mechanic to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for performing welding and maintenance tasks on our equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Perform assembly, installation, and welding tasks (hoppers, crushers, screens, conveyors, etc.). * Fabricate new parts and replace and/or repair worn or damaged components such as gears, bearings, shafts, liners, etc. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance. * Analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions. * Collaborate in continuous improvement of welding processes. * Carry out tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Experience in maintenance/repair of mechanical equipment and welding. * Proficiency in oxy-fuel cutting. * Ability to work in an industrial environment and with heavy machinery. * Capacity to work in a team focused on goal achievement. * Teamwork skills and attention to detail. * Ability to commute to the worksite. **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary. * Punctuality bonus. * Work from Monday to Friday / weekend off (Saturday and Sunday). * Statutory benefits from day one.
