




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to manage operational activities, personnel, and sales strategies at the branch. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of sales strategies and customer service **We are looking for an Operations Assistant Manager at: Plaza Altabrisa Mérida** **IMPORTANT:** Minimum 2 years of current or recent experience as: * Branch Manager * Branch Supervisor * Store Leader * Branch Assistant Manager (preferably in retail) ***What qualifications do you need?*** * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one weekday day off. * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree: Intern or Graduate. (**MANDATORY**) ***Job Responsibilities:*** * **Management and monitoring of branch operational activities** * Monitoring and achievement of KPIs / performance indicators. * Management of a staff of 15–20 employees. * Assignment and supervision of staff tasks. * Branch opening and closing procedures. * Implementation of sales strategies. * Preparation of sales reports. * Handling and resolution of customer and employee complaints. * Cash register reconciliation and cash counts. ***We offer:*** * Gross base salary of **$14,000 per month** * Statutory benefits * Biweekly payroll schedule (every other Tuesday) * Payroll processed through Santander ***Work Schedule:*** * Monday through Sunday with one weekday day off (Tuesday or Thursday) * 8 working hours plus 1 hour for lunch Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Application Question(s): * What is your highest level of education completed? * Are you interested in the gross salary of $14,000?
