




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Educational Sales Manager to lead and supervise sales teams, design and implement commercial strategies, and develop staff. Key Highlights: 1. Staff development and training **Vacancy: Sales Manager – Educational Sector** **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán (Gonzalo Guerrero) **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 or 11:00–19:00 (rotating schedule, including 30-minute lunch break). * Saturdays, 9:00–14:00. * Day off: Sundays. **Salary:** $25,000–$30,000 net monthly (based on experience). **Commissions:** 4% on results. **Benefits:** Statutory benefits **Main Responsibilities:** * Organization and supervision of sales advisors. * Design and implementation of commercial strategies. * Performance evaluation and development of improvement plans. * Training and team development strategies. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (postgraduate degree preferred). * Experience: 3–4 years in sales, with at least partial experience in a managerial role. * English: Intermediate level preferred (not mandatory). * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office suite, and social media platforms. * Knowledge of sales methodologies, KPIs, educational marketing, and negotiation techniques. **Competencies:** * Effective communication. * Customer orientation. * Leadership and team management. * Commercial strategy development. **Work Tools:** Company-provided laptop and mobile phone.
