Dimensional and technical quality inspection of clichés A 100% Mexican manufacturing company, expanding due to growth, is seeking a **Mechanical Drafting and Flexographic Cliché Technician** to work at our Iztapalapa plant. Main Responsibilities: · Create technical and mechanical drawings in Adobe Illustrator for printing clichés: printed tapes with legends and logo outlines. · Prepare prepress files, ensuring exact measurements, tolerances, and correct formats in internal developments. · Operate the cliché manufacturing machine (CTP / flexographic platemaking equipment). · Produce plates/clichés from approved designs. · Perform dimensional and technical quality inspection of clichés prior to printing. · Collaborate with Design, Sales, and Production teams on technical adjustments. · Maintain workplace order, cleanliness, and proper equipment usage. Requirements **Education:** · Technical degree in graphic design, graphic arts, prepress, printing, mechanics, or related field. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** · Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator** (technical application, not illustrative). · Knowledge of **prepress** processes. · Understanding of **flexographic rotary printing**. · Experience in **cliché or plate manufacturing**. · Familiarity with flexo plate engraving equipment / CTP operation is desirable.
