Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Position Objective:** Provide timely assistance and advice to each insured person involved in an auto insurance incident, with the purpose of verifying the coverage stipulated in the insured’s policy and determining liability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site assistance to auto insurance claimants, in strict adherence to the general conditions of the contracted policy. * Determine liability in traffic incidents, respecting the provisions outlined in the Liability Determination Guide issued by the Mexican Insurance Companies Association (AMIS) and applicable municipal, state, and federal traffic regulations in each jurisdiction. * Examine, investigate, quantify, and determine the causes of an incident through various evidentiary elements. * Identify and refer cases potentially involving fraud to initiate investigation and determination procedures. * Maintain service and quality indicators established as targets for the department. * Fully and properly document each incident handled. **Requirements:** * Academic qualification: minimum completed high school diploma * Language: basic English (preferred) * Type and duration of experience: minimum 2 years in customer service * Knowledge: traffic regulations; AMIS Liability Determination Guide (preferred) * Tools: basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency; experience using mobile devices; valid driver’s license; active auto claims adjuster license (preferred).
