This position requires an organized, responsible, proactive individual with strong attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities** *Internal Events and Organizational Climate:* * Support in planning and executing onboarding sessions, team-building activities, and other internal events. * Preparation of participant lists, schedules, and tracking of pending tasks. * Requesting basic quotations and managing assigned budgets. * Organizing materials and internal logistics. *Personnel Administration:* * Integration and organization of personnel files. * Control and updating of internal databases. * Follow-up on onboarding documentation. * Preparation of administrative reports. * Support in administrative incidents. *Recruitment and Selection:* * Posting job vacancies. * Screening resumes according to established criteria. * Coordinating and confirming interviews. * Candidate follow-up. * Updating the recruitment database. *General Administrative Support.* **Required Profile** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in administration or Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Strong writing and spelling proficiency. * Organizational skills and ability to track tasks. * Conversational English **Key Competencies** * Order and structure. * Attention to detail. * Adherence to deadlines. * Ability to follow established procedures. * Proactive attitude. **We Offer** * Continuous training * Professional development. * Participation in internal projects. * A dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.
