We seek a specialist in implementing logical replication software holding the manufacturer’s Expert-level certification to deploy and operate the DRP replication solution (RTO 2hrs / RPO 2hrs, 17 virtual servers, minimum link bandwidth 100 Mbps). **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Design and implement the continuous replication strategy between the client’s primary data center and alternate data center. * Configure and deploy the logical replication solution (physical-to-virtual, virtual-to-virtual, bi-directional). * Guarantee RTO ≤ 2 hours and RPO ≤ 2 hours for the 17 virtual servers within scope. * Execute and document Failover and Failback tests. * Monitor the replication solution 7x24x365 and respond to alerts. * Conduct knowledge transfer to the client’s technical team. * Maintain updated agents, drivers, and replication software versions throughout the contract term. **REQUIRED PROFILE** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, Computing, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, AI, Programming and Informatics (degree certificate and professional license required) * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience implementing and administering the proposed replication solution in production environments * Continuous real-time replication and Continuous Data Protection (CDP) * Configuration of automatic/manual failover and failback * Bandwidth management, compression, and scheduled synchronization * Compatibility with VMware vSphere (virtual machine replication, physical-to-virtual) * Monitoring, alerting, real-time reporting, and event logs * **Technical English:** Intermediate–Advanced level — reading manufacturer documentation (mandatory) * **Work Modality:** Hybrid — remote work with 24/7 availability for incident response and DRP activation **REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS** The following technologies are mandatory; any relevant certification or accreditation increases hiring chances. ***ATTENTION: The certifications marked below are MANDATORY and ELIMINATORY.
