Supervision and coordination of prefabricated projects Profile of a Concrete Prefabrication Resident Requirements \- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. \- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in managing concrete prefabricated projects. \- Knowledge: \- Manufacturing and installation of concrete prefabricated components. \- Applicable standards and regulations. \- Project management and quality control. \- Skills: \- Leadership and team management. \- Effective communication. \- Problem-solving and decision-making. \- Attention to detail and organizational skills. Responsibilities \- Supervise the manufacturing and installation of concrete prefabricated components. \- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. \- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. \- Manage the budget and control costs. \- Resolve issues and make prompt, effective decisions.
