Opportunity to work on design for branches and franchises. **We’re looking for our next Graphic Designer** At **MYKOZ**, we are seeking a creative and proactive **Graphic Designer** to join our Marketing team. Your mission will be to serve as the guardian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring every piece communicates the essence of our ice cream with excellence and consistency. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Campaign Development:** Participate in creating the visual structure for pre\-campaign, launch, and post\-campaign (moodboards, color palettes, and graphic styles). * **Audiovisual Production:** Direct sessions with external photographers and provide full support during internal sessions (set construction, food styling, and prop handling). * **Post\-production:** Perform curation, digital retouching, color correction, and format adaptation (4:5 and 9:16\) for social media. * **Design for Branches and Franchises:** Create physical materials such as signage, flavor cards, vinyls, and editorial content for national and international expansion. * **Management and Organization:** Keep task statuses updated in **Notion** and manage the visual assets repository in **Google Drive**. * **Internal Marketing:** Design institutional stationery, corporate presentations, and *packaging* adaptation. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * **Technical Proficiency:** Expert-level use of **Adobe Illustrator** (for graphic compositions) and **Adobe Photoshop** (for photo retouching). * **Brand Identity:** Ability to strictly follow guidelines outlined in the Marketing and Advertising Manual. * **Strategic Creativity:** Skill in transforming business objectives into visually compelling proposals with an attractive "Look and Feel". * **Project Management:** Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) organizational tools such as Notion. * **Degree:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $9,452\.00 net. * Productivity bonus of $1,000 per month. * Consumption bonus of $500 per month. * Gasoline vouchers. * Statutory benefits upon signing an indefinite-term contract. **Work Modality and Schedule:** * On-site, at our offices located in Dzityá, Mérida. * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
