We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Hospital Mérida as: "DIETITIAN" REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition (internship candidate) * Experience: 1 year * Availability: Afternoon shift, from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM * Preferred knowledge: Hygienic food handling RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct daily patient census for hospitalized patients, updating diet types; cross-check physician orders against the census and each patient's identification card. * Prepare cold and hot meal orders to request diet preparation. * Complete the daily diet logbook. * Apply hygienic procedures during food handling and service, and participate in microbiological control. * Assemble each patient's meal tray, verifying the order against the food requisition form. * Deliver and collect meal services to and from hospital units.
