We invite you to join our qualified team at Hospital Star Médica Mérida as: "DIETITIAN" REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition (internship status acceptable) * Experience: 1 year * Availability: Afternoon shift, from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM * Desired knowledge: Hygienic food handling RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepares the census of hospitalized patients, updating diet types; cross-checks physician instructions against the census and each patient's identification card. * Prepares orders for cold and hot dishes to request diet preparation. * Completes the daily diet logbook. * Applies hygienic procedures during food handling and service, and participates in microbiological control. * Assembles each patient's tray, verifying the food order against the meal requisition. * Delivers and collects meal services to and from hospital units.
