This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a strong customer-service orientation in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Professionally and empathetically handle a high volume of inbound calls from current and potential customers. * Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, timelines, and processes. * Coordinate in-home assessments and clearly communicate next steps to customers and family members. * Collaborate closely with branch staff, schedulers, and management teams to ensure smooth transitions. **Requirements and Skills** * **Bilingual:** Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** as a Customer Service Representative. * Comfort and experience handling a **high volume of calls** (primarily inbound, with some outbound). * Experience with **CRM or home care software** is a plus, but not mandatory. * Experience in **cross-selling or sales support** is especially valued. **\#CSR25** Employment Type: Full time Work Location: On-site employment
