Summary: This role involves providing administrative support to sales managers, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with various teams to fulfill customer requirements. Highlights: 1. Support Regional Sales Managers and streamline field operations 2. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams 3. Utilize ERP and CRM systems for quoting and data management **Responsibilities:** * Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Managers to streamline and enhance field operations. * Prepare accurate and timely quotations using the company’s ERP system. * Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. * Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to address and fulfill customer requirements. * Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure clear and timely communication with clients. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. * Background in the manufacturing industry. * Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems for quoting and data management. * **US Valid Visa** * **Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your level of English?
