Job Summary: We are seeking a motorized Collection Officer to provide personalized customer service, conduct home visits, and negotiate accounts. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized attention to customers with overdue accounts 2. Home visits for customers applying for a new credit line or purchasing an item through our company 3. Agreement and negotiation with customers JOIN OUR TEAM AS: Motorized Collection Officer Western Zone and surrounding areas RESPONSIBILITIES Provide personalized attention to customers with overdue accounts to regularize their status and collect payments Conduct home visits for customers wishing to apply for a credit line or purchase an item with our company Reach agreements and negotiate with customers WE OFFER Base salary of $2,500 per week Commissions for recovering overdue accounts and concluding agreements with customers Provision of work tools (motorcycle, helmet, gloves, boots, shin guards) Gasoline allowance Support for driver’s license application fees REQUIREMENTS: Experience in customer service, general sales, or as a field agent or delivery person * IMPORTANT: Must be able to operate a standard motorcycle
