Opportunity for professional growth and development in an excellent environment. **Construction Budget Control Analyst** We seek an analytical, organized, and results-oriented professional who will contribute to the financial and administrative control of our construction projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization and budget compliance for each project. **Position Objective** To plan, control, and monitor construction budgets, ensuring cost control, proper resource administration, and financial compliance according to the project’s established schedule. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, control, and monitor construction budgets. * Analyze costs, unit prices, and financial comparisons. * Supervise estimates, physical progress, and budget variances. * Review and validate executed work volumes. * Coordinate information and monitoring with site supervisors and administrative departments. * Generate financial and cost-control reports for decision-making. * Participate in construction expense planning and forecasting. * Monitor financial compliance of ongoing projects. **Required Profile** * Licensed Civil Engineer / Architect (preferred) * Demonstrable experience in construction control and budgeting. * Solid knowledge of costs, unit prices, and construction processes. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Experience with Opus and Diazar. * Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. * Availability to attend construction sites as required. * Personal vehicle required. * Proactive approach and strong follow-up skills. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 7:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 7:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $16,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Uniforms and safety equipment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Modality:** On-site Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
