Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. • Experience: 1 year as a Receptionist. Availability of time required. • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Intermediate Excel, negotiation, problem resolution. Main Responsibilities: • Comprehensive management of the reception area, including visitor and external client接待, and call routing. • Administrative coordination of supplier payments and handling of service- and maintenance-related procedures. • Control and replenishment of office supplies (stationery, cafeteria, cleaning), ensuring continuous operations. • Preparation, tracking, and analysis of quotations for procurement of goods and services. • Supervision of general facility conditions, ensuring optimal cleanliness and functionality. • Logistical organization of meeting rooms and internal events, including corporate celebrations.
