Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in surveying and earthwork supervision to contribute to the success of premium residential developments. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: • Required education level: Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. • Experience: 1–2 years in surveying, leveling, layout, and earthwork supervision. Experience coordinating machinery and operational personnel is desirable. • Knowledge: Operation and supervision of machinery such as motor graders, excavators, vibratory compactors, bulldozers, and backhoes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite. • Operational availability: Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. Main Responsibilities: • Supervise earthwork and urbanization activities. • Coordinate machinery, operators, and site personnel. • Monitor progress and generate operational reports. • Manage operational staff. • Follow up with suppliers and internal departments.
