Job Summary: We are seeking a Budget Analyst with civil engineering experience to generate, integrate, and validate construction budgets, as well as quote materials and update prices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate work volumes to quantify budgets 2. Integrate and correct printed budgets for validation 3. Quote materials or subcontractors for urbanization budgets **** BUDGET ANALYST **** Requirements: Gender: Unspecified Education: Civil Engineering Degree Age: 30 to 35 years old Experience: Minimum 2 years in the position MUST BE RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF MERIDA Duties: • Generate work volumes to quantify corresponding budgets. • Archive budgets in their respective folders with appropriate names. • Integrate and correct corresponding printed budgets for validation by the Construction Cost and Control Coordinator. • Quote materials or subcontractors for urbanization budgets. • Update subcontractor and labor rates to prepare budgets. • Prepare investment cover pages. • Integrate construction budget and schedule for the Urban Development Department to be delivered to the Permits and Projects Department. • Arrange bridge loans. • Make calls to quote materials outside the budget. • Physically verify on-site budgeted volumes or construction changes. . Required Knowledge: • AutoCAD 2D • Proficiency in Sinco MSDOS cost software • Advanced Excel skills We Offer: -Monthly net salary of $15,000 -Legal benefits -Biweekly payment -Complimentary uniform -Monday to Friday work schedule; weekends off.
