Proser Construction Group · Seeking: Talent Attraction Analyst Position Objective Attract, evaluate, and select qualified talent to fill vacancies across Proser Group’s various work sites, ensuring compliance with position profiles, time-to-fill targets, and internal Human Capital guidelines. Main Responsibilities Gathering and understanding position requirements with leaders and requesting departments. Posting job openings on job boards and professional networks. Resume screening, initial interviews, and administration of technical assessments. Coordinating interviews with internal departments. Compiling candidate files and tracking onboarding processes. Updating databases and generating recruitment reports. Supporting job fairs and talent attraction strategies. Supporting activities such as training, culture, and organizational development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in recruiting technical-administrative, operational, and corporate positions. Proficiency in job portals and competency-based interviewing. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Collaborative, dynamic, cheerful attitude with strong willingness to learn and grow in Human Capital. Valid driver’s license.
