Position Summary: We are seeking a Conceptual Design and Pre-Project Coordinator to bridge clients and specialists in industrial warehouse projects, coordinating multiple disciplines. The profile targets a Conceptual Design and Pre-Project Coordinator who serves as the liaison between clients and specialists, facilitating development and coordination of all disciplines required in industrial warehouse projects, such as: Architecture Structural Engineering Civil Engineering Hydrosanitary Systems Electrical Systems HVAC Fire Protection Systems Voice and Data Systems Automation And others Required Profile: +5 years of experience coordinating executive-level projects. Civil Engineer or Architect. Experience in designing industrial warehouses, from conceptual stage through to executive project. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams (engineers, architects, contractors). Controlling project budgets and costs. Preparing progress reports for management and/or clients. Experience in technical review of civil and structural engineering. Experience in design and coordination of installations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Familiarity with Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC) is desirable. Experience in project management methodologies is desirable. Location: Corporate office in Montebello, Mérida, Yucatán. Local candidates preferred, or those willing to relocate to Mérida.
