Collaborative work environment Purpose of the Position Ensure comprehensive control of real estate projects through evaluation of physical-financial progress, schedule compliance, execution quality, and adherence to internal and external regulations, thereby contributing to strategic decision-making and achievement of organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities Plan and conduct project audits in accordance with established programs Evaluate compliance with processes, guidelines, and applicable regulations Audit physical-financial progress of projects Review construction estimates, contracts, and budgets Identify deviations in time, cost, and quality, proposing corrective actions Prepare executive reports addressed to General Management Follow up on findings and ensure closure of non-conformities Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Propose improvements to project control and management mechanisms Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Accounting, or related fields (degree required) Minimum 5 years of experience in project control, auditing, or supervision of construction projects Knowledge in: Process and project auditing Financial and budgetary control Construction regulations and regulatory compliance Risk assessment and management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Competencies Analytical and problem-solving skills Decision-making ability Results orientation Planning and organizational skills Collaborative teamwork Ethics and integrity We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Statutory benefits Professional development opportunities Participation in strategic projects. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience Age: between 30 and 45 years Keywords: head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor, auditor, audit
