Job Summary: We are seeking an MEP Coordinator to plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty installations in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an MEP Coordinator to join our corporate team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the success of our construction projects. Objective: Plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty installations in construction projects, ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Plan and monitor installation schedules, ensuring timelines and budgets are met as defined in the project. Coordinate with supervisors and contractors to ensure technicians execute installations per drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Specialty installations: CCTV, BMS (automation), VOX data, HVAC. Prepare construction progress reports and verify that installation quality meets project and organizational standards. Optimize costs and timelines through value engineering and contractor supervision. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Prior experience coordinating MEP projects. Knowledge of construction regulations and technical standards. Ability to work in a team and lead projects. Effective communication skills.
