Leading Company in Explosives for Construction and Mining Seeking Commercial Manager Job Objective: This position is responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets at the regional (peninsular) level under the direction and coordination of the National Commercial Management. Requirements: Education: Mining Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer (Terrestrial Roads) Experience: 3 years of commercial experience in one or more of the following areas (Mandatory): Essential commercial experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply of Equipment, Machinery, Services, or others for Aggregates Mining, Quarries, Crushing Machinery, Mines, Road Construction, Asphalt, Cement Plants, Concrete Plants, Required Skills: Proficiency in structured commercial processes; negotiation ability; conflict resolution; cross-departmental coordination Knowledge of government tendering processes Experience negotiating with senior executives and government officials Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and problem-solving ability Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, military personnel, and government staff Extroverted personality Willingness to frequently travel by road across the peninsula.
