Job Summary: Experienced technician in maintenance and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, responsible for coordinating and executing projects. Key Highlights: 1. Performing preventive maintenance and responding to service requests 2. Coordinating with administrative departments for budgets and projects 3. Meeting quality, time, and cost objectives for construction projects • Properly execute assigned preventive maintenance tasks; promptly respond to service requests; carry out new installations or modifications with clients. • Project budgeting. • Meet assigned objectives, responsibilities, and targets for each project regarding quality, time, and cost. • Coordinate and follow up on supervisors' requests related to budgets, procurement, projects, and control. • Coordinate with various administrative departments (procurement, accounting, and construction control) Requirements • Technician in air conditioning and refrigeration. • Availability of time. • Valid driver's license. • Knowledge of air conditioning, tools, installations, tool handling, maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, industrial refrigeration, refrigeration system maintenance. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 35 years Knowledge: Air conditioning, Quality, Installations, Preventive maintenance, Budgeting, Industrial refrigeration, Follow-up, Supervision, Coordination, Execution Driver's license: A Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist
