In this role, you will be key to the success of our construction projects. Objective: Plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty installations in construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Plan and monitor installation schedules, ensuring timelines and budgets are met as defined in the project. Coordinate with supervisors and contractors to ensure technicians execute installations according to drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Specialty installations: CCTV, BMS (automation), voice/data, HVAC. Prepare construction progress reports and verify that installation quality meets project and organizational standards. Optimize costs and timelines through value engineering and contractor supervision. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Prior experience coordinating MEP projects on construction sites. Knowledge of construction regulations and technical standards. Ability to work in a team and lead projects. Effective communication skills.
