Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer as Site Resident to supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage resources to advance construction projects. Management of estimates, schedules, and resources We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team as a SITE RESIDENT. The candidate must have a minimum of three years of field experience, knowledge of structural work (rough construction), finishes, and housing delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is executed in accordance with technical specifications and current regulations. Responsibilities: -Supervise and coordinate construction work. -Ensure on-site activities proceed according to plans and regulations. -Prepare billing estimates, schedules, and resource requirements necessary for project advancement. -Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials and services meet required standards. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Knowledge: Finishes, AutoCAD, Estimating, Civil Construction, Supervision Driver's License: Class A
