Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in earthworks and site development supervision, equipment and personnel management, to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: • Required education level: Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. • Experience: Minimum 2 years supervising grading, excavation, fill, compaction, and topographic layout work. Ability to interpret construction drawings, verify elevations, and prepare progress reports, incident reports, and operational control reports. • Knowledge: Operation and supervision of machinery including motor graders, excavators, vibratory rollers, bulldozers, and backhoes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite. • Operational availability: Must have personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. Main Responsibilities: • Supervise earthworks and site development activities. • Coordinate equipment, operators, and on-site personnel. • Monitor progress and generate operational reports. • Manage operational staff. • Follow up with suppliers and internal departments. We Offer: • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM. • Work location: Sierra Papacal–Chuburná Highway. • Compensation: $4,605.00 weekly salary. • Benefits: Statutory benefits plus additional health-focused benefits. • Professional Development: Training programs.
