Desired Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Design, Digital Media, or related fields. A specialization or diploma in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or Social Media Management is desirable. Desired Experience 2 years of verifiable experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts. Experience in the real estate, construction, or property sector is desirable. Collaboration with internal or external creative teams and agencies. Experience in content planning, copywriting, content calendar management, ad campaign management, and metric analysis. Ideal experience coordinating with design, audiovisual production, and public relations teams. Technical and Digital Knowledge: Strategy and Planning Development of content calendars: what, when, how, and why content is published. Adaptation of strategies per brand, audience, and objective. Understanding of conversion funnels: awareness, consideration, and conversion. Platforms and Tools Proficiency in: Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, Google Business Profile. Familiarity with Ads Manager for coordinated paid campaigns. Experience with scheduling and analytics tools: Later, Metricool, Hootsuite, or similar. Basic SEO knowledge, copywriting, and performance-oriented writing. Coordination with designers and editors (familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Illustrator, or equivalents). Metrics and Analysis Data interpretation: reach, engagement rate, CTR, community growth, performance by format. Preparation of monthly reports integrated into the overall Marketing report. Define what, when, and how content is published on each platform. Propose topics, formats, and approaches aligned with strategy. Coordinate delivery workflows with design, copywriting, and editing teams. 2. Social Media Management Publish and monitor organic content. Respond to messages, comments, and interactions. Identify trends and opportunities for user-generated content (UGC). 3. Internal Coordination Maintain constant communication with design, copywriting, photography, video, and marketing leadership teams. Manage deliveries and provide clear briefings for required assets. 4. Support for Digital Advertising Collaborate with Paid Media teams to define campaigns, target audiences, and objectives. Ensure consistency between paid and organic content. 5. Monitoring and Reporting Prepare monthly performance reports. Identify optimization opportunities in formats, timing, or messaging. 6. Digital Reputation Management Maintain consistency in tone and communication style. Handle sensitive messages with professional judgment. 7. Cross-functional Support Digital coverage of events and experiences.
