Job stability Job Objective: Analyze the commercial performance of real estate and construction projects, generating strategic information to optimize sales, improve project profitability, and support commercial area decision-making. Responsibilities: Analyze sales indicators for developments (absorption rate, available inventory, average transaction value). Track potential customer behavior and sales closures. Prepare commercial reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). Conduct sales projections by project and construction phase. Identify trends in the real estate market and competitors’ pricing. Support the definition of commercial strategies and promotions. Maintain and clean prospect databases (CRM). Coordinate with sales, marketing, and construction departments to ensure updated information on progress and availability. Estimate payments to suppliers: legal firms, deficits, quality coverage, validations, petty cash, among others. Track payment confirmations from all signatories. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial analysis, preferably in construction or the real estate sector. Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, forecasting). Experience with CRM and/or BI tools (Power BI preferred). Basic knowledge of the real estate market. Analytical skills, organizational ability, and results-oriented mindset.
