Operational follow-up Support documentation tracking for property title transfers (document checklist). Follow up on simple post-sale pending items. Support information dissemination (photos, progress updates, announcements). 6. Customer service Technical Skills_ Excel proficiency (basic to intermediate: filters, simple formulas). Administrative organization and information control.\nNumerical aptitude (addition, percentages, validations). Use of email, WhatsApp Business, and digital tools.
