Job Summary: We are seeking a drafter or architectural intern to prepare drawings, review regulations, and perform 3D modeling under supervision, applying technical criteria to executive projects. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of drawings and 3D modeling 2. Interpretation of sketches and application of technical criteria 3. Review of drawings with knowledge of regulations RESPONSIBILITIES - Preparation of AutoCAD drawings for executive project plans (architectural, structural, installations, etc.) - Review of drawings considering general knowledge of current regulations, materials, and installations. - Interpretation of sketches and/or rough drafts. - Application of technical criteria in preparing construction details according to provided information, under the supervision of the department head. - Conducting construction surveys when required. - Organization and time management to meet delivery deadlines. - 3D modeling in SketchUp. REQUIREMENTS - Academic level: Technical degree, TSU, or architecture intern (preferred). - Minimum experience: 1 year. - Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). - Knowledge of rendering in Lumion. - Knowledge of Revit (desirable). - Portfolio of work required.
