Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in cost accounting to ensure timely financial closing, determine unit prices, and prepare reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsibility for monthly costing and recording of income/expense transactions 2. Participation in the determination and updating of unit prices 3. Preparation of cost, price, and commission reports for management *Position: Accounting Assistant* Salary: $6,447 biweekly Benefits: Statutory benefits + monthly bonus Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (graduated or candidate). Experience: * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost and cost accounting departments. Main Responsibilities: * Perform monthly costing for each cost center, ensuring timely financial closing and proper recording of income and expenses. * Determine and update unit prices for marketed products. * Prepare periodic cost, price, and commission reports for Administrative Management. * Ensure accurate updating and interpretation of financial information related to costs and sales. * Administer and monitor monthly and annual budgets within the system. * IMPORTANT: Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for transportation.
